HOW IT WORKS

A full month in 3 steps

Add a template

Tap “+” on the Bulk scheduling screen and register a lesson slot that repeats every month.

  • 1Week: every week, or 1st–5th of the month
  • 2Pick the weekday(s)
  • 3Set the start and end time
  • 4Optionally add reservation slot, course, capacity, and location

Tap “Create monthly schedule” and pick a month

From the template list, tap “Create monthly schedule” and choose the month you want to fill.

  • 1Add more templates any time with “+”
  • 2Tap “Create monthly schedule”
  • 3Switch the target month with “< >”

Review the candidates and tap “Create N”

A month of candidates expanded from your templates is listed by date. Review them and press the create button.

  • 1Lessons that already exist show a “Created” badge and are skipped automatically
  • 2Uncheck days off
  • 3“Create N” registers all selected lessons at once

TEMPLATE CONTENTS

What a template can include

Beyond week, weekday, and time, the lesson details themselves live in the template.

Reservation slot

Turn on “Create as reservation slot” and students can respond with their attendance.

Course

Choose the target course, or make it an open slot for all courses.

Capacity

Set a maximum headcount per slot. Reservations close once it is reached.

Location & notes

Add the room, an online meeting URL, or what to bring — all optional.

Basic plan and above

Templates and bulk creation are not available on the Free plan.

Who can use it

Admins and teachers

Classroom admins and teacher accounts can add templates and create schedules in bulk.

On deletion

Existing lessons are untouched

Deleting a template leaves already-created schedules exactly as they are.

Next month’s schedule, built from templates in bulk.

E-Space is free to start.
With bulk scheduling on Basic and above, monthly schedule entry is just a few checkboxes.
