E-Space is the app your classroom uses to share schedules, take lesson bookings and keep in touch with you.
This page walks you through everything in order, screen by screen.
If anything is unclear, your teacher is always happy to help.
It's free and takes about 3 minutes. If your classroom gave you an invitation link or code, keep it handy.
Use the button for your phone to download E-Space.
Choose “Sign up with email”, fill in the three fields and tap “Sign up”. On iPhone you can also use Sign in with Apple.
When the app asks on first launch, tap “Allow” so you never miss an important notice.
Use the invitation link or invitation code your classroom gave you. Joining works as “request → classroom approves”.
Tap the link you received by LINE, email or a QR code on a flyer.
If you don't have an account yet, sign up right there. Your join request is sent automatically.
When the classroom approves you, a notice arrives. Go to Settings → “Join classroom” and tap the classroom to enter.
Open the Settings tab at the bottom of the app and tap “Join classroom”.
Switch to “Invitation code” and type it in. Upper or lower case both work.
Once the approval notice arrives, enter via Settings → “Join classroom”, just like step 3 of Option A.
Check for typos such as O vs 0 or I vs 1. If it still fails, the code has probably expired or reached its usage limit. Ask your teacher for a new one.
You can sign up and send the join request from a computer too. Then sign in on the phone app and the same classroom appears.
The Schedule tab shows your lesson calendar. For lessons that need a booking, answer “Attend”.
Blue = fixed lessons, orange = bookable slots you answer yourself, red = days the classroom is closed.
See the time, place, teacher, what to bring and any notes.
For bookable slots choose “Attend” or “Absent”. “Booked” means you're all set. “Add to calendar” puts it in your phone's calendar too.
After that, message your teacher in chat. Lessons with a capacity limit may be full.
If you take several courses you'll pick which one to attend with; if you already have a booking that day, the app asks whether to book this one too.
Running late, absent, or have a question? Use the Chat tab. It works like LINE or WhatsApp.
Tap a teacher's name or a group chat to open it.
Type in the box at the bottom and tap send. That's it.
Send homework photos or handouts. “Read” appears when the other person has seen it. Long-press a message to react, edit or delete.
Chats are usually created by the classroom. Ask your teacher to set one up. Some classrooms don't use chat at all.
Check your connection and try again. Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data often fixes it.
Cancellations, make-up classes, what to bring: important messages from your classroom arrive in the Notices tab.
Newest first. Tap one to read the full text. Join-request approvals show up here too.
“From classroom” is your classroom's messages; “From E-Space” is from the app team.
Recitals and info sessions appear as cards. Tapping may open a details page. Viewing is enough; if sign-up is needed, follow the instructions.
Go to your phone's Settings → Notifications → E-Space and make sure notifications are on.
When these are on, notifications stay hidden. Turn them off while waiting for lesson updates.
Update from the App Store / Google Play. If notifications still don't arrive, open the Notices tab directly.
Emails from the E-Space team (plan info etc.) can be switched on or off in the app under Settings → Notifications. Classroom messages come through the app, so you won't miss them even with email off.
Common questions from first-time users.
Which classroom to join, changing a booking, getting an invitation code: anything about how your classroom runs is best asked of your teacher, in chat if available.
If the app won't open, you can't sign in, or something looks broken, contact the E-Space team. Telling us your phone model and what happened on which screen helps us fix it faster.
