No—setup is free. You only pay the monthly fee. A free plan is available, plus all paid plans include a 1-month free trial, so you can try everything at no cost.
Not both—parents alone is fine. The iOS / Android apps are free to download with no in-app charges.
You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
You can create and manage multiple classrooms from a single account, but each classroom requires its own subscription. Instructors, students, and schedules are kept separate for each classroom, and you can switch between them from a single admin console.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the settings screen of the admin console. After cancellation, you can keep using the service until the next billing date.
