Not both—parents alone is fine. The iOS / Android apps are free to download with no in-app charges.
You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
Yes—the Basic plan and above support multiple classrooms. Manage instructors, students, and schedules separately for each classroom from one admin console.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the settings screen of the admin console. After cancellation, you can keep using the service until the next billing date.
